I could cook something "Irish". It being a Sunday, there's a good chance my husband and I will split a bottle of stout. That's about it.

The kids go nuts here! My son is having crazy "Green Hat Day" at school, my daughter in preschool has a whole special day and wears green and leprechauns and all. Not sure what they'll do in K for that daughter, but I know it has always been something.

Absolutely!  The kiddos love doing green food!  I'm part Irish - just love it.  A fun day! :)

Well maybe corned beef?  I don't know we have never made a big deal out of this day. We have green clover clings on the window, woo hoo! We just try to wear green that's about it
