I have a lot of things in my life that are just eating at me. Too much to post here. I used to be such a positive person, and now I feel like everything bugs me. I hate it and myself for it. It turns very ugly sometimes and I cant control it. Thanks for the vent.

i know what you mean about things eating at you. i feel the same way sometimes. try to do something to take your mind off of it. or look at ways you can remedy it. my husband tells me if its a situation you cant do anything about just let it go and dont stress it. i hope you feel better!

I've turned into the same person ~ I used to be so happy and carefree, now everything either eats me alive or terrifies me. I hate it :-(

I was having a bad morning, everything is good now.  Got out of the house for the day and things improved greatly like usual.  I am always better when I am not at home.  Thank you!!!

I am having a good day today. I feel alone at times but other than that I feel great. I do go for a walk at the park

I understand.  I have a long trauma history and its turned me into someone who is afraid of everyone I don't know.  I do think therapy helps me.
