Sit down, take a huge breath in then out. Roll your head around, shake your arms. Then look up say "thank you, Jesus for being you. Please guide my arms, legs, and body in the direction you want and need me to go in. I know you will help me and carry me when I can't do it myself. Please keep me close, I really need you, always"!
