I think meds help the most, when i can find the right combo, therapy helps too.

meds & crocheting, although my meds seem to not be working. (sighs) still on the hunt for the right combo...it was  Zolft for some time then celexa and then now Effexor & Welbutrin.

For me the meds make my symptoms not so severe. therapy helps me with my day to day life and relationships.

My medication works for me now. It was hard at first because they were too high in mg.. the freaking fool doctor was not listening to me. now,I am on better meds. and therapy once a week in person and every day online with the one from canada is great.

Working helps me the most along with talking to my therapist.

Medications are temporary fixes. I believe we have what it takes to eliminate depression and anxiety within us. We have to learn how to reprogram our brain and not let depression take over us. I'm working on this every day. It's difficult but I need to be strong and not let depression take over me. We have the power. Just don't give up.
