Does anyone get this from depression/anxiety? My head feels all fuzzy. Not a good feeling. Or, I wonder if meds could do this?

I would get foggy like that when my depression was getting bad.

I get this brain fog also.  I guess it's the meds.

I get it too. part of it is when I'm in a depression and another big part of it is the meds.

Not really, but yes, I believe the meds can be a cause of this.

I get that way, but I usually attribute it to my fibromyalgia, but i think it gets worse when I am depressed

I don't get it but sometimes it can happen. You can get fuzzy from some meds but you need to check with your psychiatrist about your reaction.
