What lessens your depression symptoms?

When I exercise, watch comedies and get plenty of sleep, my depression lessens. I also strive to eat nutritious food which makes me feel better.

Being with my Gd. But she lives almost 2 hrs away.

For me this is a toss up. Sometimes it lessens my depression and other times it can make it worse. Because if I am already feeling lonely, walking alone intensifies it.

My light box helps a lot in the fall/winter.  My friends get me through it too.  Music helps my mood a lot.listening to tunes

I agree with exercise, sleep and funny movies. My light box in winter,  therapy and my meds help (when they're working), too.
