For me, my son played in a soccer tournament and he did really well. It made me happy to see him so proud of himself.

I clapped when my son did something and he started clapping. I know its a small thing but he is slightly delayed and every little milestone is a big thing

I smiled because I was around people who'd expect me to smile, since my son was gifted a Bible at church, and it was adorable, and my friend was in town.

I smile whenever I'm expected to. Nothing "makes" me smile. I can appreciate good things but I can't feel things, which has its good points, but its bad points also.

I had to work this weekend and I work in memory care. I was assisting a lady to bed and she started giggling.. I realized she was laughing at her shadow on the wall.. so... I started making shadow puppets and she did too..!! She was laughing so hard and we were having fun.

I love my calling. *crying*

Congrats on a job well done for your son.  : )

Seeing my husband again (it's been a month) and hearing him talk and make light of things made me smile.
