Sinking feeling...

In the past week I've felt kind of like I'm sinking into depression. Yesterday and today I'm more exhausted than I've been in a while and just not happy. I've been using my light box but not for as long as the dr recommended (30 min instead of 50). I made myself exercise today but it was harder than usual. Adderall was helping but stopped. I guess it's good that I'm seeing my dr on Wed. For the first time in a while, all I can think of is getting into bed and I'm dreading having to get through another day tomorrow :(

Maybe you could up it to 40 minutes.  I know how you feel about getting through the day.  Lately, at the end of each day (today included) I say to myself, "I made it through another day."  Whew!

can you take little naps throughout the day to help give you energy? i know you have sure had a rough time with that depression. hopefully when spring comes things will change for you.

I can relate, for I'm fighting a really bad depression. I hope you will notice each day you feeling better than the day before.
