Are you noticing you are starting to feel a little better now that Spring is arriving and we're seeing more sun?

sure it does.  Many people have sun therapy to help with being depressed.

In fact they say that our bodies need more sunlight because we need Vitamin D and the sun provides that the best.

I was told that are mothers are the carriers of our depressions.  But, for me I think it was my dad.

I take Vitamin D all year long but have to take more in the winter. What a long, harsh winter it was this year too! So glad spring is starting to arrive!

I  can tell the difference when I get 15 or more minutes a day of sunshine.

Absolutely. I get depressed in the fall and winter and manic in the spring and summer.

Not yet for me but I also have situational things that are bothering me. I hope to feel better towards summer.

Definately!  Pretty soon I'll be able to stop using my light box.
