I guess it's not my choice anymore

Whether or not I take Meds for my bipolar disorder. I've tried nearly everything and most of the Meds have side effects. Sometimes I can live with them othertimes I can't. But my husband says if I refuse to take Meds he is going to have me committed and is going to take away the kids. So I guess I have no choice anymore.

Maybe it's a last ditch effort on his part to keep you healthy.  Sorry you are going through this.

I'm so sorry. Are you still going to mass for treatment?

Doesnt understand that your are going to mass for last ditch treatment via ect?  If the meds dont work or the side feffects are intolerable whats the point of taking meds. He cant have you committed unless you are a danger to yourelf or others.  Do you think he said this out of frustration?

Mothers have lost custody for not taking their meds. You might want to take your med

hugsWe went through all of the drugs and several psychiatrists before we found a mixture that helps my son. Don't give up, you will find the drug combination that helps.
