I have been getting insane migraines and just normal headaches at LEAST once a day. This has never happened to me before. I am not on medications, but my bipolar/depression is at a worst for me. And my other pain (back, knee, hip, wrist) is getting a lot worse. I don't know how much longer I can tolerate te barely able to move back pain and barely able to use hand wrist pain, and difficult to walk knee, hip and foot pain. And now added to it I am getting migraines, and y depression is just getting worse.... Advice??

Is this just out of the blue?  What is the bodoy pain caused by?  Do you know?  Injury or something diagnosed?  Migraines daily sound like a trip to the ER is in order.  They cannot turn you away for treatment (if money/lack of insurance is a concern.)  The ER is much better in this case than an Urgent Care.  They don't have as many medicine and imaging resources.

I had non-stop migraines recently due to caffeine withdrawl.  Is it possible your dehydrated?  My migraines started after my 4th of 4 kids.  They're hormone related and I get one once a month, typically, right around "that time" of the month.

I would say get to an ER sooner than later.  Should be a 24-hour one around.  I worked at one for 3 years.

I think you need to see a dr about your pain. Maybe they can give you something to help with it. You also need to get back on the meds for your bipolar disorder. They could be working against each other. I feel like it is probably stress causing your headaches.

I used to get migraines all the time.  I was prescribed Imitrex which worked great.  My DD also gets them and Excedrin migraine works the best for her.

It mostly comes out of the blue. Sometimes it will start as a dull headache then turn into a migraine. The body pain in my knee is an old injury, the pain in my wrist is carpel tunnel, everything else especially the back pain the drs can't figure out what is causing it or how to help it since no pain meds even touch it other then narcotics which isn't an option for me. I could be dehydrated but I doubt it. I had 3 24oz bottles of water yesterday, plus some juice, milk, and a can of soda, and I still ended up with a migraine. I don't drink sodas I. A regular basis and haven for about 3 years just he occasional one maybe once a week and even then it is usuly root beer. I am considering the ER it hurts so bad it is makin me nauseous.

Sometimes part of depression is migranes. But also racing thoughts & worries can also set off intense migranes. Take some allday pain reliever to see if it helps with them. Try to limit caffeine & give all your worries over to Lord Jesus...

Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? They can help with many of those issues.

That's what I think it is too. But the place here that we have can get me in for a few more months. And my primary care won't prescribe them.

I haven't my primary car dr sent me I a pain specialist, but so far what they have tried hasn helped. I am just trying to wait for my next appointment which is in sept. I am going to ask to see if I can go see a chiropractor and see if it helps at all.
