I need help

I'm so stressed out. I wish I knew how to put everything in my head into words.

Try just letting yourself write whatever comes into your head. It might help clear your head and you'll be able to get your thoughts in order. Xx

I tend to make a lot of lists & write journals these days.. Maybe that would help.

Kristina, I understand why you feel like that.  Depression has convinced you that you are not able to go out, but depression lies to us.  Minimonsters has a good idea about writing things down to sort out your feelings.  If you need to go grocery shopping, get out of that bed, take a shower and put one foot in front of the other and go.  Tell depression to go to hell where it belongs.hugging

Hugs, write all your thoughts down in a journal you will feel much better.

I haven't had any money in a month. And it's going to be another week till I get any.

 I agree start a journal. I make lists to help me remember things.

Force yourself to get up. You will feel so much better if you do. Drink a cup of coffee. Paint your nails. Read a magazine. Do something. Think of something that would make you feel comforted and just do it.
