Do you track your calories and make sure you stay within the amount you need?

How many calories do you normally aim for?

I don't count,  but I think that having a rough idea is not a bad plan.  I just pay attention to the nutrition content and portions more than anything.

 I used to do that but i found myself eating more I try to watch my portions alot. lately I've been stressed so i'll eat.

I do. I have joined another site called myfitnesspal.com and it allows you to track your calories as well as exercise and it lets you list your goals and gets you started with a plan of your calorie intake you should aim for and minutes you should exercise. it is very helpful. I try to stay within 1300 calories a day not including what I work off with exercise.
