ZUMBA!!!!!!

Just got home from my first graders Mutli-Cultural Day in School. Sooo cute.......they all got to bring in things from their culture and share stories. Then the teacher had a Zumba instructor come and take the kids out to the playground and dance!!!!!! All the moms were invited...although only a few of us actually DACNCED!!!!!

So much fun!!!!!! Think I'ma signing up for the classes now!!!!!

How fun! I've been dying to try Zumba. Maybe I'll recruit one of my friends and give it a try! I heard it was great!

it's a latin and african dance cardio class - so much fun ......and i was totally sweaty afterwards - i read that you burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories per class - so a really worth it work out!
