Heart Disease is the #1 Killer of Women. 40 Foods to Promote Heart Health!
I think I mentioned before, but I am very interested in cardiovascular health. I got a cookbook from the library that features the 40 foods scientifically proven to promote heart health. Thought I would share:

yay, i eat most of these foods weekly. the only things we don't eat much are lentils, oranges, quinoa, sea vegetables, salmon, soy products, red wine and some leafy greens. i should make lentils and quinoa we have tons. we avoid soy. salmon is often too expesive for salmon i would want to buy. sea vegetables... just don't know enough about them and i don't love seaweeds. oranges i am the only one who likes them we buy them more in winter. we don't really drink and i have been pregnant or nursing for the past 4 years.
I didn't even know sea weed was edible..... that sounds horrible
