Kidney Infection

I'm pretty sure I have a kidney infection. And no health insurance. So does anyone know of any homeopathic ways to help it. I've taken those AZO pills for UTIs, and its helped some. I've been drinking apple cider vinegar (so gross) and cranberry juice.

Lots of water (a glass an hour)

Take cranberry capsules

No caffeine, no alcohol, no processed sugars, no spicey foods; limit acid foods (like citrus)

If you develop lower pack pain or a fever, get to a doctor or ER immediately.

Google "Community Health Centers" to find the master Web site of government-run health clinics that will see anyone, regardless of their ability to pay. You can drill down to find the location of a clinic near you.

Lots of water. You want to drink anything that will go in acidic and come out alkaline. So cranberry juice is good.
