My allergies are so bad. I've tried all the over the counter pills. What do you suggest.

A Neti pot!! I know several people who swear by them for themselves and their kids. They say they never buy allergy pills anymore. I have occasional seasonal allergies and I love my Neti.

Eliminate dairy during allergy season, and have a tablespoon of local, raw honey daily

A Neti Pot for sure. Local, raw honey taken as a spoonful a day.

Neti pot or the ENT

Sometimes you need to go to the doc. Sometimes you have an infection that needs antibiotics and will continue to make you sicker and sicker if not treated.

For my allergies I used the immune products from Herbalife. I haven't felt miserable ever since!

I have year round allergies and they suck..lol

I unfortunately just suffer through and keep kleenex close by. If I take medicine, it actually makes me feel worse. I either get super tired or the meds dry my sinuses out too much which is just as uncomfortable.

We work in the Landscape and Tree work industry which really doesn't help my sinuses at all!

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
