Hello ladies, I was wondering what, if anything can help with flatchulence? I am looking for something for my friend. She is breastfeeding. SHe called me and told me that they things in the store said not to take them while pregnant or nursing. I told her I would ask. She isnt eating foods that make her gassy... she relized that she needs to eat more veggies and fruit though. So is there anything that she can take naturaly or is it ok for her to take something over the counter?

Prepare an infusion of cinnamon in water. Boil it for about half an hour. Then allow it to cool completely. This infusion is to be taken half an hour after each meal. The remedy helps in the treatment of flatulence, especially if the flatulence is recurrent. The infusion can also be taken as a preventive measure for people in whom flatulence is a common complaint.
