So I have some mushy bananas, what are some recipes that would be good to make with mushy bananas?

I freeze them to add to smoothies for my daughter, or I make banana bread.

same here, banana bread or muffins is the best, imo

you can freeze them and then you can make "ice cream" from them...basically, you just pour in a tiny bit of milk and throw them in a food processor until its creamy! I add a few chocolate chips and it tastes just like full fat ice cream!

We are the "mushy banana" household.  I typically make banana bread, banana muffins, banana ice cream, stir some up in oatmeal, banana pancakes, smoothies, mixed in yogurt, inside some crepes, banana cream pie . . . those are just some of the things i've made with left over mushy bananas.

I actually have about 8 now.  I think i may try my had at making some cookies. *chuckle*

The only thing I do with mushy bananas is freeze them and use them later in banana nut bread.   DH loves it but it's soooo high calorie that I can't have much of it myself.
