I
have to write several articles and need some ideas related to food,
nutrition for moms, kids, families, healthy living, illness, immunity,
etc. What would you find most interesting? Be specific about what you
would like to read about.
Thanks for your help!

Changing fads in 'bad' and 'good' foods
Reading nutrition advice and dieting books with a critical eye...

These are great ideas, ladies! Thank you so much. I will get to work and let you know when I have some done.
Well, as I was just answering another question, I'd choose adding Aloe Juice to your diet. There are several reasons to do so: it maintains good health in that it detoxifies the body and the blood stream, it keeps the colon cleansed, it aids in cell growth, acts as an anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal, all preventing illness, increases energy, and aids in digestion... just to name a few. It is inexpensive, also. I get mine at Trader Joe's. Here are a couple of links:http://www.aloe-vera-studies.org/aloe-vera-juice-benefits.ph http://juicerrecipesnow.com/aloe-vera-juice-benefits/
I used to take it. I forgot about it. Need to go get some!
