I have to write several articles and need some ideas related to food, nutrition for moms, kids, families, healthy living, illness, immunity, etc.  What  would you find most interesting?  Be specific about what you would like to read about.

Thanks for your help!

Nutrition for my children and myself are the most important topics for me. I like to learn new facts about which foods have a greater nutritional impact. Plus, I also enjoy learning about all natural cleaning ideas as well.

Changing fads in 'bad' and 'good' foods

Reading nutrition advice and dieting books with a critical eye...

Well, as I was just answering another question, I'd choose adding Aloe Juice to your diet. There are several reasons to do so: it maintains good health in that it detoxifies the body and the blood stream, it keeps the colon cleansed, it aids in cell growth, acts as an anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal, all preventing illness, increases energy, and aids in digestion... just to name a few. It is inexpensive, also. I get mine at Trader Joe's. Here are a couple of links:http://www.aloe-vera-studies.org/aloe-vera-juice-benefits.ph  http://juicerrecipesnow.com/aloe-vera-juice-benefits/
