soo i really want to lose a few lbs, im power walking everyday and im eating a bit better, the only issue i hve is i dont know what good, healthy low calorie lunches are to bring to work.
for breakfast i always have oat meal or special k cereal with yogurt instead of milk, and a banana,
but what baout lunch ? any ideas ladies ?? thank you !

I like veggie soups, veggie sandwiches on whole wheat flat bread, baby carrots, fruit, nuts, and I could go on and on! I have something different each day!
