I do not need to lose weight. I'm a vegetarian and I stand by my choice. I don't drink dairy milk and my calcium was low. Everything thing else was fine except protein as well.. Only a tiny bit though. I'm
Wondering if anyone knows of a healthy snack I can add in between meals that will up my protein or calcium.
