Hey ladies! Beginning May 1st im wanting to start the Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge with my group of ladies! The workout is 4 weeks (so we would finish June 1st just in time for summer!). This workout is a fun dancing type, it targets you butt,legs, and stomach but also helps tone up the rest of your body also! If your interested in more information please let me know!
