pregnancy workouts

So, I am currently five months pregnant and finally starting to feel better and I miss working out, I live in a small town where there aren't really pregnancy workout classes. And I'm curious if I can still do regular workout classes like cycling, zumba, yoga, pilates and all those classes that are offered while pregnant.

I've asked my doctor about working out, and all she tells me is just to make sure my heart rate doesn't get above 150.

Or are there any good workouts you know of or have tried that you enjoyed while pregnant?

I biked, and did aerobics while pregnant.

I got on an elliptical when I was pregnanat and I walked...that was about it.

I walk, hike, and do yoga, modified for pregnancy.

While I was pregnant, I did the same things I normally did; I just didn't push it. I didn't increase anything. Welcome & Congratulations!

 I ran for a few weeks into my pregnancy but stopped and fell out of the habit when I got all day sickness.

I think anything is fine as long as you keep your heart rate down like your doc said!

If you have NetFlix, there are quit a few pregnancy exercise videos on there.  Also, YouTube has some pregnancy videos too.  AND, you can also purchase some online or buy them in the  store.

I did a lot of low impact workout videos.
