I just got back from a 2 mile walk :) The weather was beautiful!

my work out today is chest& back and ab ripper x..I also have to do a walk..not sure if it is going to be a short walk or my long walk.

Bob Harper Total Body Transformation workout...strength training for 45 minutes...also got in a 3.75 mile run.
