I got in an 8,35 mile run this morning. Felt good. Getting ready for my race this weekend!!
HIIT 15 and Upper 20 on TurboFire.
I did a 2.5 mile power walk this morning.
my work out today is chest& back and ab ripper x..I also have to do a walk..not sure if it is going to be a short walk or my long walk.
Bob Harper Total Body Transformation workout...strength training for 45 minutes...also got in a 3.75 mile run.
I did tthe 11 minute Booty Shake Waist work out from Tiff Roth on YouTube.
