50 minutes of strength training & 3.6 mile recovery run!

 I haven't done anything yet. I may sneak a run in later or not. Depends on how late we get home tonight. LOL. My legs are sore from yesterday!

Nothing...

I'm losing motivation.  All that abdominal pain and testing I had last month just really ruined it for me...

I did X-Factor 30 minute video this morning. At the gym this evening, I took Step, Zumba, and Bootcamp.
