Why is it the week before I'm due for my period I need to eat everything in the dang house?  I lose all control....lol  It's like I can't satisfy my appetite no matter what I choose to eat.  Anyone else struggle with this?  Any solutions or do I just give in once a month?  Ha!

I get weird cravings during PMS like if I eat something sweet then I have to have something savory/salty, then sweet, then the opposite again. I just drnk a lot if water, and defer to healthy snacks. If that doesn't work I go do something to keep my brain occupied. I only get that way during PMS too.

Also slighty frozen diced watermelon is my best friend that time of month, yum yum yum!

Yes, I have the same problem and short of some sort of muzzle, I don't have any solutions.
