Getting in an hour workout with Bob Harper this morning and then a run while my son is in school!
Not happening because my son has a prechool visit during the time that my Y has childcare hours in the morning.
No idea but I'm glad I cam and read this early... maybe I will be more likely to come up with somethign now.
This morning, at the gym, I will take Zumba and Butts&Guts. This evening, I will either take Power or do the machines.
1 hour with Bob Harper and 6.7 mile run!
No ambition today, but I made myself work out with the hubby! We did Supreme 90 Day...Chest and Back!
