I put in everything soup,salads,fruit smoothies,sandwiches,egg omlets,pizza ,as a side and even in my brownies! Like said everything! Lol
I love spinach!
One of my favorites is to wilt it in a saute pan with a dab of Good Seasons Italian Dressing (made with Balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil), a dash of honey, and blu cheese or goat cheese. Sea salt & ground pepper, if needed. And I mean wilt... barely touching low heat.
I love plain wilted with butter, sea salt & ground pepper, too.
I love spinach & cheese omelettes.
Spinach salads.
Spinach in lieu of lettuce.
