True for me! We were meant to walk and only run short periods as needed... I am not wearing out my joints too fast!

LOL!  My cousin used to ALWAYS say this - "if you see me running, you'd better start running too."  She also told me don't ask any questions, just move when she moves.  LOLOL!!!
