I'm sick of oatmeal every morning for breakfast and need some other healthy ideas. One thing...I can't eat eggs.
Every diet or food plan I've ever attempted has been de-railed by this one issue. I'm not allergic, I'm sensitive. That means I can't eat just eggs (scrambled, fried, poached), or dishes where eggs are too close to the surface or the main ingredient (french toast, meringue, Hollandaise sauce), but I can eat things with eggs cooked into it (pancakes, bread, cake).
Occasionally I'll do peanut butter toast (low-fat Skippy and low-cal wheat bread), but that gets old after awhile, too. Ideas please!
