60 minutes of a cardio-interval and ab circuit workout.... with friends at the gym!

Then 20 mins on the stationary bike... level 12, random hill, 6.5 miles.

 i've been doing the biggest loser cardio max dvd for the past week. so i did that which was 30 min then 15 min of kickboxing :)

15 minutes of Jenny McCarthy workout!

I am so proud of myself! I have done a workout 3 days in a row! Getting back on track!!!

This morning, 100 jumping jacks, 25 air scissors, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 20 wall pushups, 50 Russian twists, 10 lunge split jumps, 5 jump squats, and 40 high knees.

At the gym this evening, 15 minutes on the treadmill, 12 minutes on the ARC trainer, and 60 minute Bootcamp class.
