I had planned to wake up and run but ELi had a different plan. So tonight I will work out, just not sure what yet!
I took an hour Step class this morning. Going to take Step and Zumba tonight
5.5 mile trail run!

Sprint training on the treadmill (walking, walking, walking, 8mph, walking, walking, walking, 8mph, walking... like that) followed by some balance work (wobbly board, with weights) a lot of lunges, some butterflies (bum workout) and then shoulder/abs on a ball. Yoga.
Tonight I'm donating blood. That burns (or, rather, 'removes') about 450 calories ![]()
