Well, I have three kids, my youngest is almost 2. I decided I needed to lose weight and started counting calories and exercising on New Years Day. It's been 6 months today and I reached my goal of losing 50 lbs!!! I'm now 135 lbs and working on toning everything up :)
I exercise 6 days a week, incorporating strength training, running and Zumba into my routine. I'm just now starting to lift heavier weights too :)
