Extra day off for me today. We were traveling home from my parents' house and I just don't have time this evening. I technically could fit in a workout after Henry goes to bed, but that's not til 8, and I'm super tired too so I'm glad to rest today. Back at it tomorrow :)

I'm on week 4 of Tai Cheng.  Learned 6 moves so far.  Surprisingly good core workout but you don't have to sweat much.  Love that.
