I did the 3-mile run and then 1200-yd of swimming (35 mins). I could have swam longer, but my joints were starting to hurt. Plus I did my fastest outdoor run yet, so I was spent from pushing on the ruining portion. Burned 740 calories tonight. I'm happy.
Quoting Threes.Company:I did 40 mins of strength training this morning. I am about to get myself ready for a run/swim. I will probably do a 3-mile run and then maybe an hour of swimming, if there is enough time. It all depends on when DH gets home.
