I was busy yesterday and hadn't eaten anything before we went to the grocery store to pick up some things. As we walked the isles putting items into the cart i kept wanting to put in things like, chips, cookies, baked bread, pre-made spreads, etc. I was SOOOOOO close to buying a GIANT sized cupcake i could almost taste it. You all will be glad to know i did NOT cave. I was so proud of myself. I would have ruined the 30+ days of "no processed sugar" and went right back to day 1.
AND, since i've been on my "no processed sugar" kick, i've lost a 1 pound. I'm really excited because i hadn't lost any weight in almost 3 months (except for the few pounds i'd gained and then lost again).
Just say NO to sugar. LOL!!!!
