OMG!!! Today is NOT a good day for me! I'm having a day with some major female issues, and it took me so long to get out of bed just to make breakfast. Once I got on the couch, I didn't want to move again, and realized I had a schedule with Insanity that I HAVE to keep, I REFUSE to let myself get behind (that one Monday a few weeks ago that I didn't feel good and I did 2 workouts on Tuesday will NEVER happen again!). I'm hurting so bad, and about an hour and a half after eating I pulled myself off the couch and went to my Insanity schedule - my luck - a double workout day.....greeeeeaaaattttttt! :/
I got up and did the first workout - I took a few more breaks than I normally would - but I did get through it. The abs workout wasn't quite so bad as the cardio workout, but again, I took a few more breaks than I normally would because my body is hurting so badly. This may sound strange, and I only say it once a month, but sometimes being a female sucks!! UGH!!! I hear women complain about hot flashes all the time but it's GOT to be better than endometriosis.
Well, I'm going to go take a shower now and then have to go pick up our motorhome, then I'm coming back home and am gonna collapse on the couch! I know I have another workout tomorrow, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. The next few days are just going to get worse and worse for me (I've been dealing with this for 25 years and it still sucks!). I hope you all are feeling GREAT and are having a good workout day!
