Are you into calorie counting or just eating healthy meal portions?

I tried calorie counting but my diet was still unbalanced, I was hungry all the time, and not losing weight easily...so I went back to Weight Watchers Online and I feel great.

So you buy their meals or do they have recipes online?

I calorie counted while I was losing weight but I just eat healthy portions and lots of fruit and veg now.  If I have a bad day I try to be very good for the next 2-3 to balance it out.

You can eat your own food, which is great. They have recipes and food, too. Its kind of like counting calories, but all foods have points based on carbs, fat, protein, and fiber. You enter in what you eat and don't go over your points. You exercise, too. Fresh Fruits and Veggies up to 3 servings a meal are 0 points. It is about truly healthy eating.

I did weight watcher for about a year and was very successful. Now I count calories and am losing the last few pounds.

I calorie counted from February until today. Now I am backing away from MFP and trying out portion control and learning to eat well without the counting.

I tried calorie counting for like 2 seconds using My Fitness Pal.  I find that eating wholesome and living foods works better for me.  If i'm not eating food in a package, there's no need for me to count my calories.
