Insanity is a really tough workout and not for beginners to be honest. If you're in fairly good shape, and ready for a challenge then I say go for it! I honestly don't know a lot about Turbo Fire but from what I've read and heard, it's another mega hard workout...I'm not sure I would personally do 2 different HIIT workouts at the same time, but that's just me. Good luck whatever you decide!
