Insanity tonight plyometric cardio circuit
I did Zumba early this morning at the gym.
Future soldier training & a mile run. I have no clue what we are doing at training but I'm sure it will be intense.
I did something call Pump It Up and could only do the first 33 minutes. I was sweating like crazy and not my thighs hurt.
Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs Level 1 (37 minutes) & 1.54 mile run...started to pour rain so I had to run back home!
