I'm trying to prepare for a 70 mile bike ride.. I'm so proud because I haven't done ANYTHING like this before and actually i hardly work out.. I LOVE riding.. It's so fun. (until I get to a big hill HAHA).. I'll be riding tonight after my husband gets home from work.. I'll ride at least 20 miles.. Last night I did 22 and on Saturday I did 28.. I know I will at least finish the 50 miles part of the ride but I am feeling good about making it 70.. I'm riding to raise money for ALS research!! i'm riding with my parents..

TurboFire stretch 30...pretty sore from running and doing TF HIIT 20 yesterday. The stretch is kinda boring, but feels soooo good.
