Wowzer! I got paid to clean someones house yesterday 6 hours of deep cleaning and I am SO sore today. I burnt about 2000 calories and still had a negative calorie intake after stuffing my face all evening AND having fast food. I feel like I'm in starvation mode today too (still so hungry)

I work up a good sweat when I clean too. I don't usually go for 6 hours though. That's a lot!
