I think I have the owners manual one. I bought it YEARS ago! I have no idea where it is though.

It was a couple years ago but it really is filled with good information.

I had NO idea that Dr. Oz wrote books as well.  I've not read any of them but i have seen some snippets of his tv and show and some segments when he appeared on the Oprah show.
