Any tips to get healthy hair?  Mine keeps breaking off.

I went on a kick start diet at the beginning of the year and over did it trying to keep up with DH.  Ever since it's been breaking off.  My hair dresser can't keep up and she's been cutting it every 3-4 weeks!

Your diet should help with your hair.

Do you take B vitamins?  That would help too

Lots of protein, water and gelatin is supposed to help also.

Also, a shampoo with Panthenol will help. I found this:

Well ever since I started the No-Poo method, my hair has been fantastic.

My favorite thing is Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner!   (=   Just out of curiosity ... how long has it been since you've had your blood checked for any deficiencies?   You may just need a supplament of some kind.

It's been a couple years.  Have not wanted to spend the money.  I've been feeling better than a year ago, with the exception of my hair.

I take a B6 for my carpel tunnel syndrome.  I used to take a B complex but kind of forgot about it.  Maybe I'll get that again.
