Hi Healthy Moms!
I am looking forward to meeting other mom's who view health and fitness as important!
I am a mother to two children under five. I've done the best I could to stay fit through 2 pregnancies. Now that my baby is almost 2 (wow!), and I know he's the caboose of our little family (we are complete with the 2) - I'm happy to be getting back into my fitness practices.
I love yoga, and anything involving being outside. I also love auyervedic cooking, raw foods and healthy eating in general.
