What is everyone doing today?
Have to make up Pump & Burn from yesterday, and Hardcore Abs. Flow tonight before bed!
I seem to have fallen off the work out horse. I wonder if i should try for the week-end.
Gym this morning, longer than usual 'cause dh was doing his monthly run with work. 20 minute treadmill terrain workout, with a few HII at the end, followed by a few minutes of weights on a balance board, weights off the board, then 20 minutes of yoga and stretching. Mmm... felt good to shower!
Great job ladies! Hoping to get back into my running this weekend:) Been a mega busy few weeks!
