Baking, frying, hair, body, bath, smoothies.  I use that stuff all the time.

Dry skin, cuts, bruises, soften callouses, split ends.  I also use it in my body butter/lip balm that I make.  I used beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, plus peppermint oil for the lip balm and lavender/bergamot for the body butter.  It's fabulous.

I have some. And I've used it on a few things, but I keep forgetting about it.

I had no idea it helped for bruises!

Well, I'm not certain that it actually helps, but it promotes healing on other things, so it makes me feel better to slather it on there.  I should research to see if it actually has cell renewal properties.

What kinds of things do you bake it into?

1 mom liked this

Rub it into your hair (I always avoid the roots) and let it sit on the hair for 30 minutes or an hour (you can even leave it in over night for really dry hair), then shampoo and condition as usual.  It does a tremendous job.
