Posted by   + Show Post
Getting your little one to eat more veggies can be a tough job but it doesn't have to be. We asked 50 CafeMom members to take  the One Giant Pledge to get their family to eat more vegetables and gave them a free coupon from Green Giant to get them started. With Green Giant, vegetables are picked at the peak of perfection and frozen or canned fast to preserve the simple goodness nature intended!

I made pasta sauce this summer and gave some to my neighbor and she said that she was amazed at how fast her kids ate it, it was full of summer squash, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli... The works!

My children love veggies so its not hard to get them to eat them.

My boys have sensory processing disorder so they have a very limited diet. Therefore they don't eat many veggies... Ok... No veggies.

I do however give them v8 and Capri Sun Super V. (it has 1 serving of fruits and vegetables in it)
