I got picked for a cm influencer program from green giant! Im hoping I can get ds to try a wider variety of veggies. He likes most of the basics, and some things you wouldn't think a 3yo would like. He will eat an onion like an apple. Hopefully with this will expose him to veggies he hasn't tried and he will love them. My coupon should be here soon and im excited to get started!

Just meant there's a yellow post at the top of the page addressing your post, too.

Put them on his plate and don't talk about it.

Leave it alone. Offer lots of different choices, prepared different ways and then totally ignore whether or not he eats any of it.

It's amazing to me, the amount of conversation the average person is willing to have about what a child eats.

That's what I usually go. I give him whatever we eat, and leave it at that. Im done argueing over veggies. Lol. He likes them mostly raw.

I never started... it seemed like a good way to turn kids off the whole subject of eating well.

The other thing we did (that I forgot was related) was take our kids to very good restaurants --the kind where all the meals don't come with fries, and there is no children's menu. They tried all kinds of interesting and unusual foods, long before they were 5.
